The dance team that I coach, the Lionettes, recently held a fundraiser. The girls taught little girls a dance at a Saturday clinic and then they all got to perform together at the final Basketball game halftime this Thursday. Kaitlyn was on cloud nice to be performing with "the dancing girls" as she refers to them. She generally watches practices with me and both girls attend performances with the team so this was a huge deal for them. Sam was the only teeny tiny person there (the rest all attend school) so she thought she was pretty cool. She didn't dance but she got to sit with the big girls and cheer for the basketball team. Let me just say that middle school kids instructing elementary kids is just pure and utter chaos, no matter how well organized. However, the end result was worth the chaos! :)
